I forgot to mention that he likes to slap/smack my a** then say "nice ". Earlier, I was sitting on the ground. He went behind me,placed his legs on my shoulders and laughed. He did it THRICE. So I elbowed him. He pretended to cover his crotch, stifling his laughter. Urgh I ing hate him. And unfortunately, we have scouting and we're on the same group. So FML.
