Not going to lie, but the one thing I dislike about stanning Jongdae from EXO and being a somewhat fan of the boys is the fact that there are a good amount of fans that are under the impression that Jongdae stans (and Minseok stans) think they're biases are better than anyone else and are more popular than other members in their bands, even if that's not the truth. Yeah, I know that both are gaining a lot of fans in Korea and are generally liked by the other member's fans, but it's not the same as stanning them. Because even though they may be well liked, a good amount of people have selected who they are going to stan and aren't too willing to change their bias for someone like Jongdae (or Minseok).

And I'm not even being butthurt about this, it's just something I've noticed and I think it's stupid how people think that Jongdae/Minseok stans think that they're more popular than the other members. Because that in itself is laugable, especially since the other boys have had a better chance at getting fans than Minseok and Jongdae who were only able to gain so many fans in China and not many in Korea and it wasn't until Wolf/Growl promotions did the two become a lot more popular.

And as a Jongdae stan, I don't think Jongdae is more popular than any other member, because I know that's not true, no matter how much I want him to be the most popular member of the group. I think Jongdae deserves to be, but when you're up against people like Kris or Luhan who have a steady fanbase in China and Korea or like Kai, Baekhyun, and Chanyeol who have a bunch of fans too, it's hard to compare the numbers.

And even though I'm glad Jongdae is finally getting recognized for his everything, basically, there is still one thing that I know I will always remember when it comes to that boy. Because thinking back to it is painful in itself because if anyone remembers all those pictures that sprouted up about a half a year ago where the other members of EXO were holding presents at the airport and Jongdae had none, it was like a kick to the gut. It was then that I realized how many people stanned Jongdae compared to the others, and even though that amount was really low compared to the others and I'm sure it made Jongdae a bit insecure a couple of times, the boy was still smiling. While everyone was holding their gifts, Jongdae had nothing but he smiled anyways. Because Jongdae was just glad that he got to sing and do his dreams, so even if he didn't have that many fans, he was still doing what he loved.

And yeah, that may be true and one of the reasons why I like Jongdae so much, but I'm sure there had to be many times where the boy had to be insecure, scared, and not as strong as he would like everyone to believe he is. Because if there is one thing I've realized while stanning that boy is that he's not one to really show his insecurities and how he may really feal about stuff and will smile and bare it instead. Because he doesn't want to be a burdern or make the others worry about him.

And because of that, I will always worry and care about Jongdae more than the other members. Because Jongdae may be smiling on the outside, but I'm sure there are many times when he doesn't want to, but does it to. There is a reason why the other members say that Jongdae is the best at fanservice is because not only is he attentive and able to remember his fans, he has the ability to smile during every situation. 

But yeah, I don't think he's ever going to be the most popular unless SM gets him some OST/acting/modeling/variety gigs. 

Jongdae doesn't not sing that many lines in EXO-M. I should know because I've listened the the albums enough time to realize that. And yeah, Minseok may not get a lot of lines, but the fault does not fall on Jongdae. Because the only one in M, in all of EXO to be honest, who can pull off all those high notes that SM makes them do is Jongdae. So of course Jongdae is going to get parts with high notes because he's good at them and the only one that can reach them with little difficulty. 

And M's singing distribution is way better than K's to be honest. Yeah, it may be a bit until Minseok gets some more lines, but I'm sure it's not that far off until he gets quite a bit. And lets be real here, Minseok is just glad to be in EXO to be honest to complain about line distribution. Plus, he's a good actor, dancer, adn singer, so he'll get his time to shine. Seriously, this confession confuses me and makes me not understand people sometimes.

Most true post ever when it comes to EXO. Chen will forever be my bias for that group and I have many reasons for why that is.

So true. I've never seen an idol be as self-assured as Chen and sure of their uality as him. (Dongwoo and a few others have this confidence, but not many actually have it.) 

Until I have proof, no one can tell me this boy got plastic surgery. And no, I'm not saying I dis people that get it, but I believe that Jongdae lucked out on his looks and is a naturally a beautiful person, inside and out. And even if he did, I would still stan him, but I just don't believe he got it.

Haha, this is one of my confessions. :) (I still can't get over that though. Though his dancing in their recent CFs may top this. I swear, he's too cute.)

Another one of my confessions, but I actually do want M and K to do their own stuff again. I like ot12, but living with 12 guys, it must be sausage fest for them. Plus, the lack of privacy sometimes must get to them. And yeah, I know Chen will miss the K members a lot as that's the biggest thing that worries me, but I really want to see some M and K promotions again. 

I will never understand why Jongdae likes wearing insoles all the time. His personality makes up for his lack of height. (And seriously, I know he's as short as Kyungsoo. Just watch 1000 Songs Challenge and you'll see it. The guy just needs to accept his shortness.)

May get hate for this one, but I do believe that Jongdae is the least fake out of EXO. (Chanyeol is near the top with his excessive happy virus thing he has going on. Don't hate me for that, but seriously, it gets on my nerves when he's like that.) (And no, just because most only see Jongdae smiling, that's not him being fake, that's him protecting himself and making sure he's not a burden on others. That's a major difference between him and Chanyeol.)

My confession again. I can't help that I have a lot of feels for this guy. (Only Myungsoo and Jin give me as much feels as this boy.)

TLDR: I was bored and decided to go through some of the Chen confessions on Confess Exo. And yes, I'm extremely biased towards Chen and I will always be that way, sorry not sorry.
