fandoms i've read in 2016 - voltron ld, star trek aos, haikyuu!!, natsume yuujinchou, mob psycho 100, hunter x hunter, rise of the guardians, kingsman, snk, free!, bnha, kuroko no basuke, yoi, and the occasional kpop fic

things i've learned/seen @ ao3 - non-kpop fandoms are usually better at giving out kudos (sometimes comments too), no one really knows how to write keith and lance (i've probably read a handful of fics i've truly enjoyed, while the rest i scratch my head at), my favorite fics still lie in non-kpop fandoms tbh, wasn't necessarily ao3 but the sheith discourse was stupid, 99% of otayuri fics has yuri p as a bottom

things i've learned/seen @ aff - the applyfic community never really learning it's lesson about gossip and rumors (i hope the 2017 meltdown is nowhere near as bad as 2016's), secret santa's crashing and burning, html layouts can be cool but they seem to increase in user difficulty every year 

things i've written in 2016 that i don't normally write - stuff (2 of my woosoo fics had s in them and my one ot4 fic that barely ever gets updated is 95% ), woosoo, female infinite

fics i've finished - vibrant colors (woosoo fic // woohyun's basically 007 and myungsoo's a doctor), you don't have to stay (myungstal fic w/ catboy!soo), the convention (myungyeol meeting at a comic con), there's no 'i' in team (hodongsoo fic, hi-q inspired fic), late night snacks (woosoo fic), and not alone, not anymore (lance/keith gen fic)

fics currently writing - inked heart... i'd put others, but i'm nowhere near as committed to finishing them like i am inked heart

future fics (?) - 
x one day you'll fly / (sunggyu doesn't realize how awful things are until his brother - no, sister, tries to take her life at age fourteen.)
x elephant in the room / (myungsoo tries not to let the memories get to him, especially since his grandmother's on her deathbed and the family's focus shouldn't be on him, but on his grandparents instead. except, that's a little hard to do when the person that hurt you years ago is able to stand in the same room as you... telling himself that he just has to get through the funeral and he can go back to never seeing this person again, myungsoo's somehow able to keep his cool. if you count nightmares, drinking the pain away, and doing a variety of other things that you wouldn't normally do, but would easily damage yourself and your relationships as keeping your cool.) 
- i may never write these, but they're two ideas that i've frequented within the past quite a bit. the second one would be kind of personal and i don't know if i'm ready to write something for it. while the first idea, i'm afraid i could do hours upon hours of research, but would somehow mess something up. both ideas would require a lot and with me trying to finish inked heart, i don't think i could commit.

anime i've enjoyed -
x mob psycho 100 - my aoty and the characters are all great. mob & ritsu are so cute and it's basically impossible to hate anyone in the show. seriously, 11/10 for me. 
x disastrous life of saiki k - absolutely hilarious, i laugh every episode because it's just that crazy fun.
x tanaka-kun is always listless - slice of life with good humor, tanaka is adorable
x food wars - still as entertaining as it was in s1. if worried about the ecchi, it goes both ways and pretty much cools down after a few episodes.
x re:zero - ngl, subaru had some of the best character development i've seen for a relatively standard shonen
x natsume yuujinchou - just got greenlit for s6, so if you haven't seen it, you're severely missing out on one of the best shoujo's out there
x gundam ibo - great battle scenes, awful co-dependent relationships that will end in downfall, does not shy away from the challenges child soldiers face, great female characters (two of which are actually okay with a possible harem ending), op/ed's rock with plenty of good symbolism, i just really like gundam tbh...
