Not only can you vote 100 times, once you are done, you can scroll down and on the bottom right it should list a continent/country. Select a different region and then, you are now eligible for another 100 votes. Repeat for all other regions LOL.

Also, different browsers also help with vote count. Just a few words of advice. ^^
