this is a video of my 2nd youngest cousin when she was about 18 months old. her name is tiara, and right now she is 4 years old. the girl in the glasses is her sister (my cousin; sierra she's 12 now) and the lady standing at the rack with the brown dress on is my grandmother. and yes we were in walmart when i recorded this years ago xD
