Nazi Indoctrination

The Nazis indoctrinated the children- all aspects of their life were controlled by the Nazi. Children were carefully groomed to become perfect Nazis.” This statement proposed by a mordern historian is most agreeable primarily because of it's accurate and precise claim that all the aspects of the children's life were, in fact, manipulated by the Nazis. The mere fact that they had absolute superiority over the whole nation was enough to put fear into children's hearts about the consequences if they were to rebel. The Nazis influenced schools, activities outside school, the media and primarily anything there was to shape.

The schooling was the primary source of indoctrination. Segragation of Jews was increasingly evident as they were first degraded by having a seperated desk, then a different school which by 1942 consequenced into their right to formal education being wrenched away. The teachers had to attend a compulsory training in the school holidays and had to belong to German Teachers League. The school books were rewritten entirly, history was commutated to paint a good picture of the country and the blame was disposed- in it's entirety- on Jews and Communists. Biology lessons brang the teachings of racial difference and superiority of the Aryan race. Maths brought more war and bombing questions to be solved. The Nazis made sure to seize the opportunity schools and education brought to influence the way children perceived the world early in their childhood.

The Hilter Youth was the most effective way of assuring they attained the children's support, interest and attention. Five outside school organisations made up a movement which was termed Hitler Youth. This required children to get involved in the activities that taught military skills and loyalty- teaching to turn in their own parents had they heard them talk against the Nazis- to Hitler, the Fuhrer. The Hitler Youth offered such activities that they childern enjoyed them. These activities ranged from singing, dancing, camping and hiking to competitions for 'best performed' in any area. These activities allured children to such extent, that they willingly took part in them and craved for more. Soon enough the amount of Hitler's young suppoters escalated because of this one, and very succesful, movement- The Hitler Youth.

Through the influence of Propaganda, Hilter and the Nazis insured their control over everything that was being either broadcasted on television or radio or printed in the newspapers or books was heavily indoctrinated. If children were to watch a cartoon or read a cartoon strip in the newspaper, it would degrade Jews and communists. If there were news to be read, it would be glorifying Hitler or Nazis' new ideas or once again, blame an innocent Jewish for an incident planned out by the Nazis. Media was a luxury that most families in Germany had, thus, securing that Nazis ideas and policies were publicized to everyone, especially children.

Nazis brainwashed the youth into believing the superiority of the German race and most importantly, their Fuhrer- Adolf Hitler. They ensured such power by altering school syllabus- changing history to celebrate Gremany's victories- entirely. They lured children in by ofering activities that the youth thouroughly enjoyed and thus gaining their trust and interest. They seized control over the media propaganda by only broadcasting and advertising items and stories that would ensure public's- mainly children's- support. The Nazis controlled all the aspects of the children's lives. “Hitler grabbed us so young, and he never let us go...”

Oooooh that was interesting to read. I didn't see much mistakes. The word 'if' shouldn't start a sentence though. And that's really all I saw.
I had also gotten a small plot idea for it.
Thank you for sharing! ^^
