appearance— chaeri usually ties her hair into a ponytail and braids them. she rarely lets it down because it makes her neck feel warm and damp. she uses black spectacles that makes her eyes look bigger. she uses it most of the time, even at home. the only time she takes it off is when she's about to shower because she is practically blind without them. her hair is reddish brown (like in the picture above) and it is smooth and thick. her face is clean and bright, not too oily nor dry. well she looks a lot like in the picture above c:

style— her style is preppy. dresses, skirts, blouses... she rarely wears jeans or trousers because it makes her uncomfortable. she usually uses cute scrunchies to tie her hair. most of her shoes are flats or converse. ✿ ✿ ✿ ✿ ✿

personality— 
chaeri has never left her comfort zone. the closest she got to leaving it was when she delivered a presentation about bio-technology. it ended with chaeri losing her voice in front of a thousand people and fainting. she has swore countless times that she would be more confident but what can she do? she came to the ranch in opes to break out of her shell and be more confident. naturally, she becomes a clumsy and panicky person. amidst trouble, she'll start to freak out. not the kind where she starts shouting but rather her mind is filled with worrying thoughths. this affects her clumsiness in which sometimes she's so lost in thought and gets oblivious of her surrounding.

now, her reserved personality is the first barrier she has to break through in order to be more confident. all her life, she never knew the comfort of confiding in someone, not even her parents. it doesn't mean that her parents don't care for her, it's just that chaeri herself has trouble expressing herself. no, she's no dull in anyway. in fact she is quite intelligent and imaginative. countless ideas race through her head but her inability to express those ideas did her more harm than good. once, during a group project for science, they needed an invention to display for this education fair. chaeri has some brilliant ideas that might have brought her team perfect scores, but instead she kept it to herself and got... well, it's pretty good but not maximum.

her inability to express herself doesn't mean she's insensitive. she's actually one of the most sensitive person in the world. when her friend's mom died during middle school, she approached that friend and gave her a pat in the back. this might seem ordinary and not very sensitive, but it is the right thing to do. when a person is feeling down or upset, the best thing you could do is making sure that person notices your presence and knows that you're there. you on't have to say anything. she actually does feel that person and knows how she'd want to be treated in that position. that's why, to a person who has experienced her aid, she is one of the most sensitive person in the world.

she was born to a wealthy family. being the only child, she is very cared for and perhaps, spoiled. most people thought that she would be what they call a 'spoiled brat' in the future, but no. chaeri grew up to be a modest and reserved girl who doesn't ask for much, except books that is. she was born in seoul and raised in seoul but she never have liked the loud buzzing of the city life. all her life, she was entered to the best schools her parents could find and in each and every one of them she was top student. some students dislike her because of her intelligence and what they mistook for arrogance when the thruth is she's reserved. she was bullied throughout middle school but during high school she was left alone. she has no close friends. not until now. the closest person she is too is lee kiyoung, the son of her parent's best friends and lee kaemi, kiyoung's little sister. they're one of the few people she actually opens up to and they treat each other like real siblings. she's now about to enter college after taking a gap year.

yongguk is the type of person everyone likes. he's hilarious, friendly, smart, and good-looking. he might not be the 'jock' kind of popular but rather the guy everyone wants to be friends with. his sense of humor cracks up other people but it never does offend others. he's sensitive persoanlity also makes him well-liked because people know they can confide in him. he's also very daring ad adventurous, proven by his love for hunting. he dislikes being lied to or fooled by other people. he himself is a quite honest person. as honest as a boy can be. one of the things chaeri like about him is how he's cheerful but not loud. well at east not the kind of loud that annoys her to bits. he also has a charming smile, quoting chaeri.

first meeting— preferably yongguk approaching chaeri when she fell asleep under her tree (a comic first meeting maybe?)

relationship— their interaction revolves on yongguk trying to make chaeri open up to people and them exploring the forest. soon they became closer and are able to joke around and tease each other.

— lay against a tree just outside of the forest and read a book. that way i won't be bothered.

is there anything you hate about it?
— some of the girls are a bit noisy, but i guess i can bear with it... and perhaps they can be my friend.
