Growing up, Acacia has always been the mature one, she doesn't waste any time fooling around, she's serious. Acacia isn't the type to let loose, or as others would say "chill."
She likes to be organized and on top of things. Acacia actually likes to be alone so if you disrupt her peace, she'll calmly yet angrily call you out. Acacia, is probably the easiest person to get along with but hardest to talk too. Since Acacia isn't the social butterfly, conversations most likely die down at an instant. Being daddy's little girl puts pressure on her because she's the "face" of the family, the loyal and responsible eldest Joo sibling. I guess you can say, she's just born into it.
background: Acacia was born into a high class family, modernized yet traditional. Being the eldest sister, put pressure onto Acacia, she had to be proper and civil. She couldn't live her life normally, she was always locked up in her house studying and listening to Mozart and Bach. She was basically trained into becoming who she is today. She grew up with two younger, over protective idiots I mean brothers. Despite Acacia's seriousness, her brothers manage to bring out the child in her.
Since her parents were never around due to business stuff, Acacia is always looking out for her brothers, when they were feeling scared, she'll be there. Her life naturally revolved around studies, her brothers and her image. Acacia was so caught up into being classy and being the "perfect" Joo Daughter that she didn't even realize the her social life was slipping and now, all the people she has to talk to are classmates who ask for homework help.
Now, moving along onto her mother, the main reason why Acacia was basically her brother's mother figure, was because they're never around. They were always to busy with family business, bills don't pay themselves. Acacia didn't mind much because they didn't get in the way of her Roxy team and whatnot. Acacia didn't move back to Korea until the age of 20. So it's only been 4 years of her being in Korea.
