background: Haera was born and half raised in NYC.The youngest of a family that consisted of a mother,father, and older sister. Her older sister was the one to expose her to dancing since her sister was a dancer herself. She started ballet at 5 and continued on, exploring different types of dance. Soon, she found out that dancing is her passion. She loved performing and the feel of her moving with balance and delicacy. Her parents payed for all her dance needs cause they believed in her.That is until her sister was diagnosed with leukemia. Her dancing was put to a stop so they can pay hospital bills. Haera quit dancing, the only thing she was dancing with was a dirty mop and brooms. As Haera hit 15, she had to find a job to help out with her sister and that was cleaning and busting tables at a seafood shack. Around 16, her sister had passed away. Haera didn't know what to do. The person she looked up to and danced with was gone. In honor of her sister, Haera continued dancing, not only that but singing too. She didn't have really strong vocals but her voice was above average. She payed for her own classes which she saved up for with the extra money she saved from working.She worked long and hard for that money and she even knows that she just can't let all the time spent into dancing,become nothing. The family moved back to South Korea where Haera auditioned for BIGHIT
personality: Haera is known as that upbeat girl who lets nothing get in her way. She like to be the one to cheer everyone up and just be the overall optimistic person. Despite being such a happy camper, she of course has her flaws. She may seem like she oozes with confidence when really, she shrinks when intimidated. Haera is also the pushover, lets everyone step on her because she's just too nice. She can never say no or disagree which is why she either stays quiet and nods her head when asked for her opinion.
She's most likely the easiest girl to take advantage of, from homework to heck maybe even dirty work like cleaning up your crime scene, she'll end up taking the offer. Her whole good girl side practically ruins her her life. She just always has to be the hero to save the day, most times it's unintentional, she just wants everyone to like her when really they don't care, they just want someone they can depend on when they get into some trouble. Of course, she's oblivious to the whole situation. Generally, Haera is that goody two shoes who just wants to be liked.
