the relationship between kris and tao has always obviously been a very fond one, but this moment defines it for me. in a moment of pure, overwhelming excitement, tao’s first reaction is to throw himself at kris. and kris, who is there to catch him, just holds him there while he lets out all his feelings. he holds him and rubs his back and shares in his joy with him, like a loving brother would his sibling. it’s so sweet.
