I am in a shopping dilemma, and I need your expertise advice on this stuff.

So, I was looking on forever21 for hours last night and I saw a bunch of stuff that I want to get. I am wondering...what do you guys think I should do?

Save up to buy them all, or buy them one by one?

These are the velvety ones I like, too! :)

I know that winter/fall is arriving in my country but I want to wear the booty stuff during my vacation
in flordia/Disneyworld and I dont know why but I am in love with the leopard print shorts, and they said they
sparkle!

I also think that the velvet blue skirt would go perfect with my blue tank tops I have and I think its really unique! Plus it would go along with these really cute Korean tights I found online
that I also want to get! :)
