FIRST WAY
the first way is called the "high pass way" i will be posting a very short video tutorial in case you don't understand it. :)

-----------------------------------------------------------
BEFORE AND AFTER
step 1: select an image and duplicate the layer.
step 2: select the second layer (the layer that comes after the background layer)
step 3: go to filter then others and select high pass. I entered 15 pixels on the radius box
step 4: set it to screen, soft light or overlay.

tadaaaaahh!

*note: feel free to change the number of radius pixels.
*tip: you just need to explore the software more often @___@ b

-----------------------------------------------------------
SECOND WAY
the second way is using smart sharpen.I won't be posting a video tutorial because it's easy as 1 2 3 !

for me, i prefer the high pass way. i don't know why but it makes me more comfortable in every way.
