▬ {  chosen plotline } ;    Lambda

▬ {  fate } ;     Haeri and Suho actually met for the first time when they were younger (11yrs.) and her father was somewhat powerful. Suho was in the U.S with his father for about a month and they were together just about everyday. He was the first friend Haeri made and he was the person that made the pessimistic Haeri want to make friends. They met again when Haeri was working at a cafe in gangnam and Suho and his friends used to go there almost everyday. Surprisingly he recognized her and they started hanging out again. But, he wasn't the same as the Joonmyun she had met six years ago in New york. Now the one that needed fixing wasn't her but him. They became close friends quickly and she felt herself falling for him as more than just friends but he didn't seem to feel the same. 

The first day at her new school Haeri was ecstatic, she was going to go to a better school where she had a higher chance of getting into a better university even if it wasn't Harvard and better yet Suho went to the same school. In a matter of day she had become known as one of his best friends but there were other sides to the story, that she was a manstealer. A lot of the girls were mad that she would be like that. Then she heard the rumor that was going around, that he was engaged. Apparently to a girl that went to their school but was currently recovering from a ballet injury. Many people thought Haeri was trying to seduce Suho while his fiance was away. At first she tried to ignore the fact that she had become a target for bad tongues but her need to fit in got the best of her. She stopped hanging out with Suho and eventually when his fiance came back the rumors died down. However Suho didn't want Haeri to ignore him, he made it very clear that he didn't have any feelings for his fiance and that it was only an arranged marriage. He made it very clear that he liked her as more than friends but there was no way to get out of his engagement. 

At first Haeri saw her feelings for Suho as something she could ignore. After all how can she have time to think about him when she's so busy from school to club practices, to work and then to Hagwon. However that proved to be wrong,wrong,very wrong. She got distracted easily and started thinking of "what ifs". It got so bad that she even asked Daniel for advice, that's when she knew that there was no logical way to get out this situation. The only thing she could do was to let her feelings lead.  

▬ {  relationship} ;     Alone: They're both people who form habits quickly and so when they're around each other they already have a certain way to talking,of eating...etc. They don't need a lot of words to understand each other and are brutally honest with each other. Suho shows a lot more affection than Haeri. Haeri is a lot more open about her thoughts and feelings and basically doesn't care if what she says embarrasses him while he's not as open as her. They do a good job of balancing each other out and since their excuse to meet is that Suho needs tutoring his grades have definitely improved. 

Around people: When they're around people they act quite distant from each other and they aren't usually at the same place at the same time.If they're at a place where they can't interact with each other they'll usually be texting or talking with each other over the phone.
