I've been going through blogs in AFF when I realized, I've read a lot about the other authors and at some point kind of learned about them... but then who is AFF's doodlingsnow?

So here are some nice to know info about me.

Where did DoodlingSnow come from?


My first handle is snowflakesdance. I don't know why (or cant remember what I was thinking when...) I changed it but it came from"

"doodling" which means scribble absentmindedly and "snow" which my online friends often call me.

I kind of like the new one - doodlingsnow. It describes how I was when I started in AFF (before I got busy lol)


Am I a "kpopper"?

I don't think so. I know there are a lot of kpop groups out there but I only know of Super Junior. Well, I know the names of other groups and maybe sort of familiar with a song or two of some of them but that's about it. But just to avoid misunderstanding, its not that I don't like the other groups. I just don't know them enough to say I like them or I don't. Maybe if I get some spare time, I'll check them out too.


How did I learn about "Super Junior"?

I study chinese on my own and since I don't have anyone to talk mandarin to from where I am, I watch chinese movies/tv series to be familiar with the words. One of the dramas I've seen is "Skip Beat". I looked them up (because of all the actors in that series, Siwon and Donghae were the only one whose lips didn't really match the words spoken) and found out they're korean. I was planning to study korean after chinese so I went to check out some of their videos on youtube. I came across "Super Junior Full House" and thought its really funny (especially Heechul) and that's when it started.


Who is my favorite?

Heechul of course. He has a funny way of weirdness in him that just caught my attention when I first started watching their videos. And as I research more about him (personality etc), I get to like him even more.

I always say Heechul is my "individual bias" because EunHae is my favorite couple. I just find their bromance really cute and their dance really amazing.


Do I have all the albums of Super Junior?

No. I have some of their singles but not all. Though my taste in music varies, I'm still leaning towards classical music.


Am I an ELF?

I used to think I was. Until a very few people say you can't be an elf if you stop supporting them or if you don't buy their albums or whatnots. I didn't know there were requirements but nevertheless I'm too old to argue with something trivial. So I figured I'll just think of myself as an ordinary fan. There are more elfs who were kind enough to welcome me though so I'm still thankful.


When will I go back to writing again?

Most of my stories are already complete except for "Love Will Find a Way". I already have the plot of each chapter written down except for the last part because I seriously don't know how to end it. lol. I'll try to finish it after October 17.
I have other stories written down on MS Doc but they're not complete yet and I don't want to post the first few chapters especially since I don't know when I'll be able to finish them.  I was on hiatus for a year because of busy schedule and early this year, I moved from one country to another (which I might do again sometime next year - hopefully before April - I'm keeping my fingers crossed). However, I didn't forget about AFF. I visit the site every now and then.


Comments in other author's stories.

I know some of the authors are wondering why I subscribe to their stories yet I don't leave comments.

First, I don't like it when authors demand for comments (demand which means threatens readers they will not finish the story if there isn't an "x number" of comments or something similar). The more the author demands, the less likely I'd give a comment.

Second, which is somewhat related to the first, I prefer to read stories that are already completed in case the author decides not to continue with the story. So I subscribe and wait for it to be completed before I read it. Although there are some exception to this - if the story is really interesting.

Third - I do leave comments in stories that are interesting and creative.

I don't know what else to include in this post and my head is starting to hurt now so I guess I'll just end it here. Till next time ;)
