Minor characters are like...the mailman...the bartender...or anyone else that they take a little part in a story. In my 2PM rated R fanfic (30 Days and 30 Nights), I have minor characters there aside from my main characters. (They're two). And here they are...

Junho is a taxi driver...

Chansung is the boss of the company...

Jun.K is the assistant and secretary of the company...
