Background: Gia, is Buenos Aires born but Manila raised. Growing up, she was mainly surrounded by her grandmother, her parents were always out and about either with their friends or working. Her and her grandmother would always make Filipino and Argentinian food, it's what they loved to do. Gia, was always known as outgoing on her small group of friends. The loudest too. She studied in a public school thus, creating her tough shell. Not saying public school is bad but it does get crazy. She says whatever she wants, making her the "Wanna be bad girl" to the nerds and "Queen bee" towards the popular people.The summer when Gia was 16, she came back from one of the parties that she was invited too, her grandmother was rushed to the hospital. Many thoughts raced through her mind like "Is she going to survive?" Or "I should've stayed home, I'm a terrible granddaughter. " News was released that her Grandmother has passed away. That's when it struck Gia, what is she doing with her life? Popularity won't matter anymore, it never did to begin with. That's when Gia brushed herself off and is now studying in the culinary arts in dreams to open up an Argentinian-Filipino restaurant with traditional recipes by her grandmother. Even if her parents were away most of the time, they rethought themselves out and support Gia with th future restaurant.
