Yixing is Ren McCormick, the city boy who loves music and dancing, that ends up moving to a small hick town after the death of his mother to live with his aunt and uncle, where music and dancing is banned. Kim Jongdae is Ariel Moore, the rebellious son of a pastor who's oldest son's death was the catalyst for the banning of music and dancing in the town. However, Kim Jongdae lives, eats, and breathes music anyway, and once Yixing sees him, he can't help but fall for the guy. 

Cue Footloose happening all over again, but Yixing being Ren and Jongdae being Ariel.
