Attention: Readers / Silent Readers / Commenters.

SO I have to say this for the sake of my on sanity and my own annoyance. 

First I will just say I appreciate each and every comment I get. I am more than freaking HAPPY to see that people love

my work so much they give me the time of their day to tell me so, to get into my story enough to have strong emotional 

responses. 

I love you guys, I love my subscribers and commenters. I love my silent readers and everything about this site but one thing

I DO NOT like nor appreciate is the blatant rudeness.  

 

Example:

 

I don't like comments that just tell me to update. If all you can say is update it's offensive. It's like I just freakin' updated, give me 

a moment to breathe. I don't update any faster when you demand that I do so. Infact it just annoys me.  (Don't get this mixed with

the people that say, "OMO I can't wait for the next update or update soon, accompanied with another message") It are the ones that

say this,

"UPDATE RIGHT NOW." <------------ And that is all they say. I have had this happen and I don't like it. 

 

I don't like comments that demand I do something.  Earlier today I had a comment on one of my fanfictions that was so blantantly 

offensive that I had to make this blog. It was such an insult as an author to see from a fan. They took my words, all that I ask for from 

my readers and twisted them into some kind of insult. Like I was asking too much for comments and that I dont do enough for my readers. 

 

THIS OFFENDED ME TO THE POINT WHERE I WANTED TO STOP WRITING THE STORY.  I seriously, just- I was pissed.

 

Guys, I love you and everything you do for me, but I am not going to stand back and be utterly insulted. I will tell you if you offend me and don't

think for a MINUTE I will be nice about it. Think before you type me a comment. 

 

I am sorry I had to post this for those who actually give me a reason to write. 

But it's getting out of hand.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through those things even though you have given so much love to us, your reader! I know how hard it is to update your fics regularly especially with your already hectic schedule. Relax and don't be bothered by those stinky flies that don't appreciate people's effort.

Take a breather, baby doll. Don't let the impatient people get to you too much.
Maybe make a point by simply not engaging their comment at all?
In recent times, I've been getting comments that simply say "More GRi!" and the likes. I just ignore them.
If they're not going to acknowledge any of your efforts for what you already have, and be grateful for the story as is, don't give them the courtesy of acknowledging their ty comment.
There are lovely readers out there who do cherish what you write, who love what you create, and are willing to show you that.
Focus your attention on them, the lil s who don't appreciate you and your work for what they are: wonderful.

its ok to feel that way. You have the right to be offended when someone rude does that to you. I hope you feel better soon and i hope that this whole thing about the people being rude stops. And as you said, the whole complaining thing doesnt make you update faster it just annoys you and the people commenting should be there to compliment the story and be ready for the next chapter not demand you to do anything. I hope you feel better soon im on your side because people are really rude these days.
