I have a crazy thought, so bare with me.

Lately I’ve been coming across articles  and blogs discussing the growing problem with sasaeng fans, especially when it comes to EXO and most importantly Kyungsoo. To think that it’s gotten to the point where Kyungsoo doesn’t even look happy singing anymore, it really breaks my heart. Did anyone else watch ‘EXO - Open Arms @ A Song For You’?

It literally made me cry.

Throughout the entire thing, though he sang beautifully, Kyungsoo looked numb, like he really didn’t even want to be there. Compare it to almost a year ago when he performed with Baekhyun on The K Show with ‘What Is Love’.

The difference is unbelievable. He looks so happy just doing what he loves. (The gifs below are of a different performance of the same song).

This is his dream. No one has the right to destroy that. No one.

This is where my crazy thought comes in. Recently I was reading a blog on here about other Exotic’s opinions on this, and one of the people I follow said that it breaks their heart that they can’t do anything about it. At first, I thought that, too. They were completely right. What could I do? I live so far away. I’m only one girl. I can’t even speak Korean very well. How can I do anything to help save this man’s happiness? Seriously, what good am I being EXO’s fan? I can’t contribute anything.

But then I got to thinking.

A lot of us may be separated by countries, timezones, continents even, but that doesn’t make us powerless. If we all come together and try to think of something, I KNOW  we can make a difference.

It got me thinking. Even if it’s something as small as making a video of all of EXO’s and Kyungsoo’s fans, real fans, sending their love and support; a little message of encouragement from all around the world. I know this would require a lot of time and work, but at least it would show them that they aren’t alone.

If we’re being realistic, I know there isn’t a lot we can do to stop the sasaeng fans, but at least this way we can show EXO, and especially Kyungsoo, that there are true fans out there that love and support them. I don’t know, maybe I’m thinking too much. Tell me what you guys think?

To be honest, I really just want to see this smile again.
