would it be weird

if i started replying to comments people post to my stories? even the old ones? i was really shy when i first joined but now i want to show my appreciation for all the nice things people say to me...but i think people would be weirded out to get a response to a comment 6 months later...

also, i want to post my drafts, so that people can read them and tell me what they think, get some ideas flowing, etc, except they're not finished so i don't want EVERYONE reading them...hmmm...

I feel you there, its sad when you dont get to repond to a comment and you let time go, I mean, you want to show that you read it and that you feel thankful but it feels awkward to answer something after a long period of time.
In all honesty, I think you should do it, if I got a reply now thanking me a comment made ages ago, I would feel thankful that the author wrote me and perhaps would even remind me of an author or story that I love but sort of forgot about.
The drafts is another big YES, go for it!
As I said before, I see this site as a place perfect for practicing your writting so definitely do that if you think it might be beneficial. You could post it as friends or subscribers only, so only people interested can access them? I dont know, whatever you want to do is fine ^^
