[ personality ] : JiHye is a sweet girl. She is the kind of girl who laughs at jokes even the corny ones. When somebody got closer to her, she will treat her as her sister. She will trust her friend with her secrets. But she barely does this. She is really enigmatic, most of the times. She keeps secrets and just keeps quiet every time there is something personal happening to her. She is also feminine and flirty. She likes things that often represent her girly character like clothes and pink things. She always plays with her hair and bats her eyelashes when she sees a good-looking guy. JiHye is a girl with overly-heightened self-esteem, but with bad attitude. People around her tell that she is self-absorbed and vain. She often does not care with everything around her, but she wants them to notice her. She is not happy when she is not the center of attention. She always gets jealous when somebody steals her spotlight. She wants everyone to know that she is good with this thing, and those. [ background ] : Knowing her as an egotistical girl, her parents somehow tolerated it. Though JiHye grew up in a wealthy family, the Yoons cannot easily call it a real family. Her mother didn't expect that she'll be pregnant with JiHye. The couple decided to keep her, even if it is not in their will. .It is very confusing because they want her to be disciplined; yet, they also tolerate her bad attitude. They kept on doing this until it becomes a cycle, making JiHye build up her character. Little did everyone know, JiHye suffered from a slight physical abuse from her parents. They would slap her or pull her hair if she do something wrong. And JiHye always undergo from this, thinking that she always do things wrong. That time, when she was 14, she thought of commiting suicide, but she was really afraid that she'll go to hell. So she just hit herself, pulled her hair out, and hurt herself. She thought of running away but she doesn't know where to go. She became rebellious to her parents who started to ignore her at age of 10.They always fight because of "things" that JiHye will "never understand". That is how JiHye came up with the idea of the divorcion of her parents. But it didn't happen. Her parents did not divorce for the sake of her. As for JiHye, she did not care and just thought of her family as a "life insurance".
In school, JiHye was really popular. She is somehow different compared to her life in her house. She hides her problem with a smile. But, she is a bully. She always picks on outcasts and would involve herself in catfights. She never had a boyfriend because she was really choosy. And, she thinks it'll be disgusting if she'd go steady with boys.
