I hated them. I really did. I hated how I was so different, so freakin' picked on with everything I would say >.<" I hated the fact that I was always the competition, that I had to be the winner no matter what so that they'd leave me alone for once. I hated how even though they knew I was the best, they would always look up to someone else. I hated how there had to be a teacher to make my life even more bitter >.<"

But today, somehow, I became nostalgic about them. It's just that school starts on 16th this month and knowing I won't be there, trash talking the form teacher, that I won't be looking forward to see my crush and my other friends, that I won't wake up at 6am just to be there at 8... well, it's a new, unfamiliar feeling to me. And as much as I hate to say this, I'm starting to miss doing all the rushed preparation to be ready in time for school.

Where to put that tonight there was this movies, "The Graduates" on TV that made me even more melancholic about my high school years. Someone told me that I will end up missing them and I didn't want to believe at that time. Now when it was a pain in the ^^' But right now, when my classmates are scattered all across the country and world, it's kind of true, you know?

So, as a dedication to my melancholy, I decided to translate the lyrics of "The Graduates" soundtrack. It's a song that speaks about the high school years and they're quite true, you know? Where to put that I haven't seen one sane person not to cry during the song at the graduation :)
