Now, just let me say that I have been thinking about this for a bit, and my conclusion is, I think Crayon Pop is overrated(like I said, my opinion). I understand that they are different, unique, quirky, and cute. I respect that. They're very different, but are they really worth topping competition charts? I personally think not. They're current song, Bar Bar Bar is fun and quirky, but it's missing something that I normally look for in K-pop groups. That is, talent. You may strongly disagree with me, but I still stand by my word. The song is just 'fun', nothing more for me. The choreography is also quirky, but is it really worth the attention? If they are talented singers and/or dancers, this doesn't show it. I also understand that they're maybe just supposed to be an entertaining group, but I personally can't be entertained very much if you are not truly good at what you're supposed to do.

      Second of all, hard work. It seems to me, that they don't work as hard as other idol groups. They're choreography is not very difficult at all in any way. All they're doing is jumping around, it seems, and for the song, it's mostly 80% chanting more than singing. For me, it's honestly not that impressive. I mean, you have these groups that work their butts to ashes for their comebacks, but they're being topped by, Bar Bar Bar. I mean, c'mon. It doesn't seem very fair to me. 

     I get that with cute songs, you can't show as much vocal talent and/or dancing talent, but jumping around and chanting? C'mon, you can do better than that. I guess, what I mostly think is overrated is the song and choreography of, Bar Bar Bar. It's different, I respect that, but it's overrated to me. I don't dislike them. In fact, I actually have a bias in the group, Soyul, and I like their song, Bing Bing. Again, I will repeat, this is my opinion.
