C&C is their acting company(as far as I heard). So no, the people you listed won't be under SM. I think SM C&C are merging with Woolim because...maybe Woolim wants their actors to be more noticed, so they're bringing them under SM C&C.

they are not part of SM Town.

such as Sunggyu's solo, Infinite H and so on but I think they will still continue it. But yeah, as we'll know, to gain something, we need to lose somethng.

but I hope both companies will work together and Woollim and Infinite will become bigger later on.

Woollim are apart of SM C&C. They won't be in SMTown.

They weren't crying about the merge, they were crying about the fan's reactions to it. Allkpop just made it more dramatic than it sounded.

I think it's a good thing for Infinite, Nell and Tasty. I just hope it won't impact on their music.

SM C&C merged with Woollim to create Woollim Label. Artists under Woollim Ent will be managed by Woollim Label. But now, they have the resources SM C&C provides to distribute their music globally. Look at the graphic for a better illustration of what is happening.
