MY thoughts on the Woollim-SM merging thing + some SM, YG & JYP rambling~

I know this is just really sudden and out of the blue and all that but I don't get why must a lot of people dislike that Woollim is merging with A SUB COMPANY(SM C&C)..it's just to help INFINITE, NELL,TASTY,BabySoul to be MORE POPULAR internationally and they ARE NOT even going near Woollim's music...  
 
I know you don't hate SM(or maybe some of you do), but don't you think you guys are being a little bit unfair?
 
The merging wouldn't have happen if only one side agrees to it. I'm sure even Lee Jungyeop CEO knows what he's doing. He wouldn't do anything to harm INFINITE's music. Woollim is a small company and merging with a part of SM can help their artists a lot in their music sales because widely known, SM is a very huge company with lots of already popular artists under it. It's benificial for both labels.
 
AND ONE MORE THING....
 
Everytime there's a news about SM(most of the time), why must there be comparisons or complaints like : ''Ugh... Why SM?! Why not YG or JYP?!''
Now let me ask you this : ''Why YG? Why JYP? Why NOT SM?''
Is there a guarantee that they'll be succesful ONLY when their with YG or JYP?!
Is it because YG&JYP lets their artist be free with their choice of music?
Is it because SM only cares for looks?
or is it because once you're in SM, the money you earn will go into SM's bank account and you'll be slaved and can't do your way of music?
 
I don't know a lot about YG nor do I know a lot about JYP but I do know that SM is NOT JUST ALL LOOKS AND NO TALENT.
Yeah sure their MVs are pretty dull with super wierd looking fancy boxes but it's what SM is. That's their style!
They may fail at making blockbuster MVs but still they produce(or buy at the right cost) VERY GOOD Music...
and about the money issues, well, I can't say anything about that cuz even I don't really know what's going on with that myself.
 
I know I'm just another SMfangirl that you probably don't even want to care about but I love SM.
If it weren't for SM, I wouldn't be into Kpop, and I would've still be stuck listening to anime opening & ending themes :D
SM artists were my FIRST Kpop experience and I love them all so much. Especially SuJu.

So please, let's just see whre this goes and then we see the results for ourselves.
 and besides, we can see more Woohyun + Key interactions~ LOL~

Damn gurl I agree with you wholeheartedly about everything! It makes me mad how people, and even once an Infinite member, said SM artists are more looks than talent. SM have so much talent from their singing whilst dancing skills to composing, playing instruments, acting, interviews, cf's, the whole lot. Bonus is that they're good looking mother hubbards U_____U I mean just look at their 2009 Gayo daejun performance, I doubt any other company could pull that off.

Yeah, some react as if SM forced the merger. Forgetting that Woollim Ent's CEO have a say in it as well. It is kinda disrespectful. Can't they acknowledge the decision made by Woollim Ent's CEO or that he is capable of knowing what is best for the artists under him? SM C&C's role is to distribute Woollim's songs globally. Heh. And Lee Soo Man is no longer SM's CEO. Others fail to know that simple fact. Heh.
