Kim Jongdae ; the dorky idoit who smiles all the time and hides his sadness to himself.

Kim Jongdae. Also known as Chen. One of the main vocals of EXO, the troll of the group and also the one who hides his sadness to himself.

The reason to me writing this appreciation letter has many reasons to it. Firstly was of course the rumoured Immortal Song recordings. It may be rumoured but it breaks my heart if Jongdae does feel that way. Maybe I'm just too biased towards him but I do hope the K-fans do take notice of him. (And of course, let's not forget our adorable Minseok.) As far as I know, intl-fans do care about everyone in exo. (I mean who doesn't? They're all so perfect and everything cries ;;) I think one of the reason that k-fans might not notice Jongdae and Minseok is because they're put into exo-m. Well, technically it's not their fault. We wouldn't know what were the reasons of such doing but whatever it was, we, the fans, should support both exo-k and exo-m equally in a sense. Afterall, exo is one.

Next is also the old rumours of the members disliking Jongdae because they thought it was unfair that he, with just 4 months training, gets to debut aside of the rest of the members who had trained longer than he did. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Well, being in the entertainment industry is hard and it depends on how you can cope in trainee era and etcs. I don't know what the idols had gone through but whatever it was, I don't think the members would have hate Jongdae. You can see their closeness in the variety show and all, but maybe they're good in hiding their hatred towards one or another from the fans. We wouldn't know and will never know until the idols themselves speak out. But let's just assume that they're all close because once you bear hatred while being in a group in the entertainment industry, you wouldn't last long. Take the example of Sunggyu and Woohyun. They hated each other guts pre-debut and this is confirmed and was even told by the idols themselves and now, Woogyu is everywhere and both of them are most definetely close. Give the exo members some time. Before we know it, they might even last longer up till more than 10 years. (I'm not gonna even talk about how some fans are like "Why are jongdae and minseok in exo. They don't deserve to be in exo bla bla bla" Well excuse you. You don't deserve to be in the fandom.)

There is a reason to why I never called Jongdae by Chen if you noticed. First being that, Chen is his stage name. A stage name in which has it's image. And to me, I rather have the real him, which is Jongdae himself. Chen is a name and a image that the company wants. Jongdae is a image in where he is himself. And Jongdae is the one I love because he is somewhat true to himself. Well I don't know what I typed so I hoped this made sense.

Well, there isn't much to tell or maybe it's because I'm just overflowing in jongdae feels. But to sum up all the reasons on what this appreciation post is, I just want to say that we should all love jongdae and give him even the slightest attention to show that we care. Even with that, I know Jongdae would be happy much. It wouldn't hurt to just care not only about your bias but also the rest of the members in the group.

And here's my personal message to Jongdae in which he will never ever ever EVER read in a million years but who cares because my feels for Jongdae now is so overwhelming and deep that the ocean is jealous. /whut

To my sweet lil precious jongdae bby.

Don't keep in mind to what those meannie fans say, bby. You are you and you are precious. I would send you gift that could even fill up the whole airplane if I am rich but nope. The least I can do is to support you from a far, buy physical albums, watch you in 1080pp or minimum of 360pp when the internet is being mean, cries over your picture on tumblr and we heart it, rolls in my room from your perfection and even tweet about you 24/7. (Yes, I am delusional.)

But yeah, the whole point is that... I love you so much, Kim Jongdae. Even if you're a troll. I love you so much, my soul can reach when feeling out of sight. I love you to the ends of my days (well not really but think of it deeply.), I love you to the 24/7/1/365 days of my life, I love you so deep the ocean is jealous. I love you from the moon and back, around Pluto's orbit, from Earth to Pluto, off the milkways and off to the blackhole (what). My love for you is so strong and deep, no words can express this love. 

So please don't smile like the fool you are because I feel like punching you everytime you do. Wipe that smile, boy because I know deep down you are sad. It's okay to be sad. And do know that there are many fans (like me) who cares about you a lot even if we're 9873658356872319 miles away.
