RH Plus (J-Drama) review

I just finished the japanese drama RH Plus that i started on yesterday 5 in the morning and now it's 6 in the morning, so imma sleep as soon as i'm done with this review ^^

This drama has 13 episodes. RH Plus is about 4 boys living together. They're all vampires, and they catch criminals when the police is unable to do so.

Actors: Miura Yuu, Tochihara Rakuto, Ojima Naoya, Takano Hassei and Tomatsu Haruka.

It was a little slow and boring in the beginning. The first episodes you would only see they catch criminals, but in the fifth or sixth episode and on, it focuses more on the personal stories between two of the vampires.

When i first saw the episodes it wasn't really a drama for me. It seemed quite boring and i think the only reason i decided to watch the whole thing was because of Seto Ageha.

Ageha is the typical drama character that is always cheerful, always helps his friends/family out when they need him. But he's also the one with the biggest scars in his heart.

It also focuses on Nogami Makoto and his story. He was born a vampire and was abandoned by his mother. A priest took him in and kept him locked up. If he did a bad thing, heck, even if Makoto didn't do anything bad at all, the priest would hit him.

In short, i hated the priest. It might be boring in the beginning, but after a few episodes you'll be so into the emotional and painful past that Makoto has. There are a few twists as well that might make you cry (if you cry easily, you will cry from this drama).

I don't cry that easy, but since abusive parents who abonden their kid(s) for some unknown reason is personal to me, i tear up and that's exactly what i did in this drama too.

Also, it's not exactly a drama, but in the beginning you'll notice that the guys have a special love for each other and i honestly thought it would be . I thought it would be a triangle couple. Ageha really loves Kiyoi, there's no doubt about that. You can see it in how he behaves.

But i also got the feeling Kiyoi has some "special" feelings for Makoto as well. But there aren't any scenes, so even if you guys don't like it, you should still watch it ^^ I wish there were some scenes though... But it's okay ^^ Instead of , i think i'll call this a shounen-ai kind of drama.

They were like a family, y'know? Masakazu was like the father, Kiyoi as the mother, Ageha as the cute little brother and Makoto as their adopted son. It felt like that and it was so cute. It shows you that you don't need to have parents, or even be related to each other to call yourself a real family. Those who loves you and supports you are your real family!

My score:

7/10
