   Jangmi has a cold vibe omnipresently following her.Coldness is her shield,being mean,ignorant and thoughtless towards people is her armor,keeping her safe from being approached by anyone and getting hurt.She enjoys the mysterious and cocky image she's presented with by the media and wouldn't want it any other way,as it keeps her from getting involved into social situations with other celebrities,whose presence she cannot stand.Jangmi doesn't enjoy having to interact with persons she's not familiar with and would rather stick to her very few,carefully selected friends,the only people worthy of her trust.She's not afraid to go overboard with her sharp tongue when necessary and knows exactly where to emotionally prick anyone who messes with her.She's prone to holding grudges,so whatever you've done to annoy her,be it jokingly or serious,she won't forgive easily.She is also prone to sarcasm and has a slightly mean sense of humor.She also gets jealous quickly and hates the feeling of having people or things she loves being taken away by somebody else.

   Jangmi was the result of an unsincere marriage.She is the only child to Cho Haneul,a woman with a complicated past who took the easier path by marrying a rich man,Shim Junseo.Even though the relationship between her parents was nothing but a lame excuse for her mother's benefits,Jangmi had a happy childhood.She was living the life.She was constantly spoiled with gifts,compliments and attention by every single member of her family,and they would do anything for her.She was spending a lot of time with her parents,visiting places and doing family activities despite their busy schedule.However,Jangmi's paradise took a 180 degree turn once she turned 5.The arguments and lack of chemistry between her parents too much to handle,so they divorced.
   That was when mr.Shim's company took a fall,so he ended up using her daughter to earn money to maintain his business.Since a really young age,Jangmi learnt what it meant to make sacrifices.Through her whole teenagehood,she was submitted to arranged dates with sons of CEOs.The eyes of the media were always on her,spreading rumors and misunderstandings.Her whole life consisted of arranged dates,formal events,photoshoots,interviews,basically trying to please anyone but herself.She developed a spoiled personality and pulled off diva acts whenever she had to date another guy,hence why the aranged romances never worked.She's been continously promising her father that in the end,she's going to find her prince charming,but deep inside she knows that's never going to happen and that it's just a matter of time before she will have to marry a person she doesn't love.
