I Need help or else I'm gonna be an owl.

So uhhhhh.... hi! Like the title said, since its summer for me my sleep schedule has been a little(?) off lately.( I'm posting this at 5am) So i am awake from like 5PM till around 2PM so that means i only get like 3 hours of sleep. I realised that my school is coming closer and I seriously wanna change my sleep schedule but whenever i try to sleep i end up just laying there wanna to run or something but the time was like 10pm. Can anyone give me advice? Please and thankyu! ps: anyone else see the teaser for exo growl? ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆
