My second take in writing this. Why did it freeze? T_T Now I have to write it all over again. Anyway, I wasn't supposed to watch this today, but due to my free time I decided to watch it. To conclude everything in the drama, it was poorly done.
The gist of the drama is that Gyeongsuk, as played by Gikwang, is dying because of Leukemia. He stays in the hospital usually and he only has one wish, and that is to have his first kiss with his first love. Chihyeon helps him with his wish, but he falls in love with the girl also.
The plot was actually nice, but how it was done, acted, transcended, could do more work. I think it all went to waste. If you notice, there wasn't anything said about it after its release. I don't know with you guys, but there's nothing in mine. I cried in a scene, but to me it wasn't enough and should have been more dramatic. The falling action was very shocking. I screamed because I was flabbergasted with how it went. I really didn't expect it.
I'm not sure about Gikwang's acting. I find it not that awesome but just decent. Now if you guys are interested, summary is down there, and the video is also there.

The summary of the drama goes like this:
Gyeongsuk, with his wish to have a first kiss, does these weird set-ups with girls along the plastic surgery wing with the help of his friend, Chihyeon. Caught by his mom, Gyeongsuk discusses with his friends that he wishes to have his first kiss with a girl who looks like Tiffany of Snsd. HIs two friends of his try to find someone like Tiffany in a nearby girl's highschool, but weren't able to until Chihyeon's birthday. Gyeongsuk begs his mom to go to school because it's Chihyeon's birthday, and you can't really have a birthday party in a place full of dying people. Gyeongsuk's mom agrees and the three of them stay at the clinic. They discuss about Gyeongsuk's wish, that his first kiss is supposed to be with his first love, which he hasn't found yet.
A girl enters the clinic and gets band-aids for her bloodied ankles because of her pink heels, and Gyeongsuk decides after she left that he wants his first kiss with her. Thing is, the girl is on a relationship, and Chihyeon also likes the girl. Gyeongsuk asks his friends to break them up, in which Chihyeon does, earning a few bruises including his friend.
Chihyeon loses contact with the girl and Gyeongsuk for awhile. Gyeongsuk surprises his friends, by going to school, saying to them that he got discharged. He spends a few days with them, but Chihyeon's being distant and getting angry over things. He ignores Gyeongsuk's calls and the girl confronts them for it, and they have coffee at the hospital. Chihyeon is hurt and leaves the girl in a hurry because the girl just came to him just for this. By leaving he meets Gyeongsuk being rushed to the emergency room and he's shock, and talks to Gyeongsuk's mom about it. It turns out that Gyeongsuk lied to them about the discharge, and Gyeongsuk begged his mom to go to school for a few days to spend time with his friends for the last time. Chihyeon in a tearful rage, goes to the girl and confesses to her. "Noona, I like you. But my friend likes you more so I won't like you anymore. Gyeongsuk is dying. So please give Gyeongsuk a kiss." But the girl says that Gyeongsuk had already dumped her.
The girl visits Gyeongsuk and they almost had a kiss, but Gyeongsuk rejects her by using an excuse that he hasn't brushed his teeth yet. Gyeongsuk confesses, " If I were to think about it, you weren't my first love, noona." And the scene cuts to a confrontation between Gyeongsuk and Chihyeon. Chihyeon is by the window sill and Gyeongsuk is at the bed. Gyeongsuk says, "It's humiliating, so listen carefully." But Chihyeon cuts him, "Shut up, I don't want to hear it." Still, Gyeongsuk continues and admits the truth. "I don't like men but all the things that I wanted to do with my first love, I've done them with you.Like riding the bicycle together, seeing the stars, feeding each other and sleeping together at night." In a subtle way he says that Chihyeon was his first love. Chihyeon, already crying, says, "Did you think I'll let you be my first love?" Gyeongsuk orders Chihyeon to sit him up and they share a tight, mutual hug.
Gyeongsuk dies the next day and Chihyeon is on the hospital bed where Gyeongsuk used to sleep. He opens the cabinet and there's a suit, a note written that "From your brother, wear this when you go to your first blind date." And he cries because of it. The scene changes and he's rushing to a cafe, the girl is nagging him about being late. They didn't end up together, and Chihyeon is on his first blind date. He puts his hand on his pocket, and there's a note from Gyeongsuk, saying it's bad to put his hand in his pocket during a date. His date asks him why he doesn't have a girlfriend. . And he replies to her with a smile, "I still haven't gotten over with my first love." In which he admitted that Gyeongsuk was his first love also.
