She became instantly popular due to her online novel 'He Was Cool'. The novel was made into a movie in 2004 with Song Seung Hun, Jeong Da Bin, Lee Ki Woo starring on it. She then continued with Temptation of Wolves, which had somewhat a similar storyline to He was Cool. Temptation of Wolves were also made into a movie in 2004. 

Despite her commercial success, she was criticized for having lack of literacy perfection, and overuse of emoticons. But, her stories are awesome!!! You guys should check them out.
