Things I dislike seeing as a Jongdae stan.

1) Jongdae always being questioned if he's Korean.  He's 100% Korean; he looks Korean (if I can tell he's Korean at first glance when I started stanning this group, then he's Korean.), he has a Korean name (Yes, I know he has a stage name, but seriously, it only takes a second to look up the artist and find out his real name), and he speaks the language and has a Korean accent.  It's not hard to figure out that he's a Korean, so MC's need to get their act together before trying to make him seem like he's not. On Weekly Idol, it was acceptable because it was part of a running gag, but on other variety shows that don't do stuff like that are dumb. Seriously, this boy is 100% Korean and someone should be able to say that he is without trying to guess it on radio shows and varieties.

2) People mentioning his terrible English skills. Seriously, it was funny the first couple of times, but the 1000th? No, it's not funny anymore and it's been stated that he does have some trouble with sounding out different consonants and stuff and having that Korean accent is not going to help when it comes to him speaking in English. In fact, he does pretty well at speaking and singing in the English language (Chinese is decent as well too, especially since he tries super hard at trying to get things right and participate during Chinese variety shows.).  So really, the jokes about his language skills needs to stop.  Seriously, it's not that funny anymore. In fact, it could even be seen as hurtful. I know some people say it lovingly, but when said enough times, it can dig deep. Just look at Minseok, people kept on commenting that he's a baozi because Luhan called him that and now he's stick thin to the point that he looks too skinny and sickly sometimes. So really, it doesn't need to be commented on anymore.

3) People just seeing him as the troll, the comic relief guy or a cocky, . Jongdae is so much more than that, because underneath that playfulness, he can get serious when needed. Yeah, I get that he's one of the more playful members and he's always trolling people, but looking at some of the things he says and does, he isn't just that. He does have insecurities and is a perfectionist for many things (For singing, he would redo the songs countless times until they sounded decent language wise and sounded good emotionally as well. Or Dancing, last year his dancing wasn't the greatest, but now he's seen on the front line of dancers.) He's improved in so many areas, and that's because he works hard and knows that being playful and acting like a child isn't going to help when it comes to the stuff he feels he lacks. He also jokes about being the best singer of the group sometimes, and yeah, to some he is, but to him? Sometimes, those times are just jokes and you can actually tell that he does believe that Baekhyun and Kyungsoo or Luhan or anyone each have their own different styles and flavors and are good singers, if not better than him many times.  He's humble when he needs to be and definitely tries hard to do everything he can so he isn't a burden on the other members. So seeing him as one or both of those things above is just terrible.  He's a great guy and I feel like some of the other parts of him should be seen and recognized more.  Seriously, he has a lot of heart and that's what should be seen as great, instead of just his trolling nature.

4) Jongdae being called ugly. Hold it right there, because that statement should never be said. Jongdae is not ugly, in fact, he's beautiful and awesome and a great guy who has looks and personality. He isn't some Barbie doll with no substance, he's someone who has this unique handsomeness about him that makes him stand out. His loveable personality makes him even more handsome and beautiful, so really, whoever says he's ugly or even the ugliest member of EXO needs to check themselves.

But on another note, isn't Jongdae one of the cutest beings ever to exist? I swear, I don't say that about many people (except maybe Myungsoo or puppies and kitties or something) but really, he's freaking adorable with his cute laugh, his dancing whenever music comes on, to playing with the other members, etc... Really, he's lovely and people need to see that more.  Seriously, he's amazing.
