Uhm, I agree with the comments below. Talk to whoever the person is; ask them to take it down nicely. If they don't, then report. And are they sure they've been plagiarized? Maybe the author just had a familiar idea. However, do look in to it. Don't ignore.

PM the person. Then tell them to take it down or you'll report them of plagarism. But if that doesn't work, tell me who the person is and I'll tear them to shreds. <3 ; w ;

Go private message the person first. Then make an official announcement on your own blog or story saying it has been plagiarized. I'm sure your fans will be more than willing to report the copy cat :) well at least I will report it. Do you know the link of the other story?

Then you should find he/she and ask her/him nicely to take down your BAP One Shots.

if you are really sure that she/he did plagiarize your work then you should just report her/him .-.
