Exo literally saved my life in a car accident

Up till now I couldn't remember anything, but now that I do, and I really need to get this out, but you don't have to read it. It's going to be long, only reason is, I need to get this all out cause I keep having nightmares every time I shut my eyes and I don't know what to do...

On July 13, 2013 I was in my first car accident in the front passenger seat while my sister was the driver. At first, because of the impact I couldn't remember much of anything- let alone what day it was- and had a concussion. But after taking a nap and lots of meds, I can recall more of what happened- if not all of it.

Me and my sister were on our way to go meet up with my mother at her boyfriends house and have a family get together with my aunt and her boyfriend. Before we left our house, I was listening to exo's  road safety song -pretty ironic huh- and thanks to that I remembered to put on my seat belt (If I sit in the back seat I never wear a seatbelt.)

My moms boyfriends house is about 30 minutes to an hour away and since me and my sister aren't really close, I opted out to read exo on my phone while waiting for us to get there. about ten, maybe fifteen minutes away from where we were heading a van sped past, going around and ahead of us.

A mile later, that exact same van came to a sudden stop in the middle of the high way, since the car in front of it was turning with no blinker. But because it came to such a sudden spot, my sister didn't have time to process it and couldn't come to a stop fast enough, but instead tried to swerve away from it so not to hit.

She didn't make the swerve and instead, my side of the car slammed into the van at 50+ mph. All I remember what happened is:

I was reading when my sister yelled -I can't remember what she yelled though- and it caught my attention so I looked away from my phone. When I did I saw the van but it looked way to close for comfort and on instinct I dropped my phone and covered my face. After that, I passed out from the impact. So I don't remember how much time passed until I heard my sister screaming my name.

All I can remember is hearing her screaming at me; my name. I kept trying to reply but I couldn't get any air in so I sat there struggling to breath.

From what my sister had told me -five hours after the crash- is that the seat belt was suffocating me because if was so tight and caving into my chest. She said she unbuckled my seat belt and kept yelling at me to get out of the car. When I got the door opened, I fell out into the road because I stand let alone move much.

I'm shaking while typing and I'm crying since it keeps replying in my head so I'm just gonna finish here... I listened to exo in the hospital, which is the only thing that kept me awake and willing to remember to breath when my heart rate started to drop.

All in all, I ended up with a swollen nose, and two black eyes, a fractured collarbone, and extreme severe bruising and swelling on the inside/outside of my chest and lower abdominal along with cuts and scraps lining my arms, legs, ribs, and a few on my head.

My sister is perfect fine with only four scraps on her arms.

But, here are a few pictures;
