Do I Need to See a Psychologist?

Do you guys think I should see a theraphist or a psychologist?
Like, I fangirl and spazz A LOT (on a daily basis, in fact)! I'm crushing on my bias and an anime character. Whenever someone says "light", I'm like, "LIGHT YAGAMIIII!!!!!!" I fangirl and spazz when someone mentions my bias. I'M CRUSHING ON AN ANIME CHARACTER, for goodness sake.
