Okay...when I say our hotel is booked, that means I have no rooms available! I'm not going to overbook because your an employee from the same chain and you wanna show up tomorrow...besides you need a passport to get a room and this guy didn't sound like he had one. He was just trying to get a room for next to nothing. I have no rooms, that means 0...and I won't find out until the last minute if there are any cancellations...*face-palm* This guy just doesn't like to hear no for an answer. I argued over the phone for freaking 10 minutes telling him that I have no rooms, then he wanted rates...then I told him, you want a room for tomorrow when I just told you I have none to offer. People are truly imbeciles.

That guy just wasted 15 minutes of my life...ugh!
