It's time we stop being so naive

In the wake of Ahruem’s unprecedented leave from TARA people have again started accusing T-ARA for being bullies. I’m not exactly denying that but I think it’s time we stop getting so butthurt over every single mistake our precious oppars and unnies make.  They’re human too, believe it or not and are just as susceptible as any of us to making stupid statements or being mean. Let me put it down another way.

You’re in a successful girl group yet no one really recognises you because one member is promoted way more than you are. You are jealous and you probably have more talent than she does but she gets the most income, the most attention, the most CF deals because she’s pretty. Then you have to spend ALL your time with equally competitive girls in your group that you didn’t even know before entrance to the company. Who knows if you’ll like them or not? On top of lack of sleep and hectic schedules, you have to pretend to be happy and pretend to be perfect for everyone to see.

Personally, if that were me I’d find it hard not to be at least a little spiteful. Under so much pressure every day, these idols are suffocated by the high expectations of their fans. Bullying occurs absolutely everywhere, at school, at work, on the streets…. What is it that makes kpop idols any less human than we are? I’m sure there are many other groups out there with shady members and shoddy relationships but they’re trained to act happy and their reputations and income are on the line. CCM just covered up the whole incident terribly. Kill the CEO now please.

What about Yookyung’s leave from Apink? After hearing contradictory statements from the father and the agency, I’m fairly sure she didn’t leave of her own accord. After all, her debut was something that she put blood, sweat and tears into. Cube entertainment handled the situation well, unlike CCM and Apink are revelling in their success.

Kpop idols have feelings.

They have urges.

They are not perfect.

They make mistakes too.

They’re human.

Accept it.

(AND STOP BEING SO ING IMMATURE)

I agree, totally. And thanks for reminding me , not about how they are farting humans but for reminding me the pressure and pretense. Ermagad. Is this panda or llama who wrote this though?

Ah hope you don't mind me commenting ^^;

You're absolutely right. I've heard a lot about the T-Ara controversy and it's like...we don't know what REALLY happened. Maybe they were bullying their member, maybe they weren't. Were only fans. Outsiders looking in. Who knows what really goes on, at the entertainment company's or groups.

I wish fans would actually try and gather the facts, before they start believing rumors. Not everything you hear on the internet is true after all.

Idol's are nowhere near of being perfect. They are as human as you and me. I wish some fans, would realize that. They make mistakes to like everybody else. Even if it's my favorite idol, I don't put them on a pedestal or anything like that...I look at them as human beings.

the whole t-ara controversy is annoying like they chose to believe rumours over T-ara and saying that T-ara is lying when they don't know the truth and then they trust the rumours .
Unless we are them , we don't know a thing .
I will tell you something stupid i saw on the internet about SNSD .
i can't remember the incident but I saw someone comment 'How could they do this ...?): I mean they should be angels and perfect and all ...): how could they be people's role model'
i really wanted to reply like 'Because they are imperfect so they are our role models . We love them , we accept their flaws , we accept that they are not any more perfect than us .
This is just like the Sunggyu thing , ugh .
They are effing annoying

I cannot express how much i faking agree with you. One thing that irks me is when people just cannot view from all sides, and having these really stupid mini wars.
And that alot of the time we fans, do forget that behind the awesome voices and dance moves, alot of hard work and consistence effort had been put into perfecting everything; they weren't just born with it.
orz.
