Aehee is a very neat person. She doesn't like seeing things scattered everywhere especially in the dorm. She will either drag you to tidy up your things or do it by herself. Aehee can hide her emotion well. She's often be found smiling at every condition, even when someone is mocking her. After that, she will spill her anger out in an empty room, doesn't want to make her friends or family worry. In the group, she's like a mediator. If there're members who quarrel, she always convinces them to make up. Eventhough she's still young, her way of thinking is more mature.

Nevertheless, Aehee has many flaws as well. She often forgets where she put her things after tidying up her room. She is very stubborn, what she thinks true is true for her. For example, if one of her members wakes up late 5 minutes after the alarm rings, she will start to worry, saying things like they will be very late for schedule and get scolded by the staffs,eventhough there's still much time left.

family background: Aehee was born in a small family consisting her parents and older brother. She was raised in Mokpo until she was 12 years old then her family moved to Seoul. His father works as businessman, managing a mid-ranged advertising company there. Her mother prefers to be a housewife eventhough her father has asked her many times to help in the company. Aehee continued her middle school and high school in Seoul. When she was a kid, she used to watch cartoon programmes and sang to their theme songs. Her mother saw a potential in her then decided to enroll her in a singing course. His father was okay with it because he thought it's good for Aehee to develop her talent. Until she turned 15, Aehee got much affected by the kpop idol trend in Korea. She secretly joined an online audition by SM Ent. and to her surprise, she passed. Her brother found about it and told her father because he's afraid Aehee would quit school to be a trainee. Her father got really mad after that. Her mother had to calm him for so long and talked to him about Aehee wouldn't quit school, she would just train and etc. Aehee was really upset to her father and especially her brother. She screwed up her courage to talk to her father. She promised to study well and even got a scholarship until she graduated provided that he allow her to be a trainee. Her father then gave up and told her to do what she wanted since she's already grown up.

training background: Aehee got into SM by online audition when she was 15. She lived in the dorm, being in a room together with her fellow trainee, Raemin. She had to attend some trainings after she came back from school, causing trouble sometimes because it's hard to manage time for doing school tasks and having a rest. She enjoyed vocal training the most because she loves singing. For her, dancing class is kinda hard because of her stiff body. She once fell sick and being hospitalized for a week. Her father then forced her to give up on training but she didn't want to. Later, she's already got used to the environment and succeeded in managing her life style there.
