Was chatting with a fellow classmate today when he said something that really struck my heart.

"Good authors research their work beforehand."

I am ashamed to say then that I'm not a good author, and I realised that I've stopped being one a long time ago. I don't even call myself an author cause being an author involves creating original characters and I don't. I merely borrowed the characters from their settings as I deem fit. *sighs* And I keep telling myself that I want to improve.. How can I even improve if I don't try?

These days, my standard of English has really dropped tremendously and I'm seriously contemplating just giving up on it all and throwing all these fics into the bin and deleting all of them, starting afresh. Still, I know you readers have been waiting for updates for the damn fics so I guess I have to complete them before I delete them. HAHA.  ><

What my classmate said really made sense though. A good author should dedicate time to his/her work and I'm glad that we had this talking session today. :) I finally catch a glimpse of what I should be doing so yay! :) I'm happy and satisfied. :D I really need to work a lot more on my characters developments and my phrasing and sentences. I must do it!

My ambition towards the future has changed. I no longer want to be a fanfiction writer. I want to learn how to be an author, creating original stories of my own. :) That sounds cool don't you think? Above all, my main goal is really just to promote DBSK through my stories and whatever I write in the future. I will do all I can to expand this Cassiopeia fandom. These five men need all the support they can get and I love them absolutely to bits.

On the upside, I introduced my classmate to my fics. It so happened that me writing gay fics got leaked out during one of my conversations with her and she said she was interested in reading so I gave her the link rofl. She chose to read The Phone Call and I've gotta admit I'm damn nervous cause I know for a fact The Phone Call has tons and tons of grammatical errors and oh GOD. >< >< OTTOKE??? ><

Her only feedback after reading barely a chapter is this: It's kinda confusing since I don't know who is who but I'm gonna read it later when I go home. I just have to type asianfanfics and search your name right?

If I didn't mention it before, then I shall mention it now. She has really no idea about KPOP. I'm the only KPOP fan in my class. This is so insane cause other classes all have KPOP fans and I just happened to get stuck with a class who aren't KPOP enthusiasts. The only K stuff they ever watch are like Running Man and all the other stuff. :( They don't hear KPOP. Some even hate Korea and anti them. Sighs. That's the main reason why I don't get along with my class well.

Anyway, I hope that through reading my fic she'll at least now know who DBSK are LOL. That's my main objective anyway: To spread the word about DBSK. Here's to never losing sight of my goals! ^^
