play with the backgroung and the fonts.. try to use color psd or color palete to make balance for colours.. and if you make the character a littele more big so that it full all the poster..
anyways it's GOOD i was like you some months ago try, speriment and play and enjoy doing posters.. i'm not really good at editing so.. ^^
