Babo Feels: Losing Things.

Hellooo there Angels ^^

KoreanLoverBB (Lei) here, once again (;

I'm here to talk about losing things. No, not games, but material possesions. (And I think I can talk about this as I have a lot of experience)

Okay, recently, my cousin lost a gift that her mom had recently given, and she is devasted. She really is sad about it and she just found out that she cannot get it back, as she lost it when we were out. So it could be anywhere (As we are on a family vacation)

I think if I was in her shoes, I would've also cried, and I would've beaten myself over it, but I always TRY to make anything positive, so I would've tried to make it another life lesson.

I think, that my cousin doesn't take me seriously enough, as I am a major pushover, anyways, might think that she is the only person that this has happened to (Like serious things worth to be crying about)

So, let's ask a question.

How many of you have lost anything important? *raises hand multiple times*

Have you ever beat yourself over it? *raises hand once again*

In my honest opinion, I think the reason why we beat over it, is because it was instilled in us when were kids.

As when we were little, our parents would scold us or punish us when we lost anything. They would try to teach us how to be more careful with things like this, so it doesn't happen that often.

But think about it like this.

When we lose something, we, ourselves, do this to ourselves. We scold and spit at our actions and wished that we never lived that specific moment.

This is what our punishment is. This is what our parents had put in is.

Being honest, I think you should go through that process, but not too much of it.

Something wise I had heard.

"Nothing lasts forever." -Someone I forgot D:

I take that as everything. And I use that especially on possessions

Our possessions on this earth, will obviously break, rust, brittle down, and crumple some time. Some sooner than others and vice versa.

So, at the end of the day, what you have at the moment is yourself. Your life that your parents and God gave.

You shouldn't be so enticed with earthly possessions to the point where you forget of whats more important.

There may be one day where some clothes or make up gives you high confidence, but once you take them off, does that mean that all your confidence is gone?

No.

So that slightly proves my point. Well slightly.

I was trying to say that there are multiple things more important than money and earthly possessions.

There is your personality. There is your spirit. There's your happiness. I mean true happiness. But that's another blog post (aka. My next post xD)

(A/N: July 07, 2013.

Okay, Not that anybody actually ever reads my blog posts, but my cousin had read my blog post and she commented, which I deleted.

Now, I didn't to be harsh, but now, I NEED to be harsh.

She may think that it was super super important that she lost a bracelet that her mom had given her, (which, by the way, is important but I'll defend my case)

I'll tell you why I'm not so keen about her losing her bracelet. Reason being.

If you saw her comment, what she mentioned was, price.

She said $500 dollar bracelet, and she even had the nerve to say that she was the ONLY one that lost something valueable.

I have lost many, many, many things, that may not have been as valueable as $500...

But I have lost things that have great meaning to me.

Things that don't have a great price tag, but a sentimental value.

So she should grow up, and realize that she isn't the only one that has lost important things. She literally got over it after a night's sleep. I still dread about all the things I lost, so that's why I don't get myself to buy anything expensive. Nothing.

If someone gives me something important, whether expensive or not, I keep it safe. Not telling a soul.

So, now that it was been a good few days since I have written this blog post, but I just wanted to update.

No one shall see it though xD)

Anyways, my quote I try to link to the post is:

-"What belongs on earth, may be bought with money, but what belongs to heaven? Your spirit. Not your money." -Lei <3

So my question this blog post is:

-What did you lose that was important? Did you find it?

Thank you for reading! :D

SARANGHAE! <33333333333
