Anyone who goes to the blog section could see this as long you don't mark it friends-only. Your friends and those who subscribed to your blog would receive the notification. Those who subscribed to your stories would be able to view this post if they go to your profile. Unless they subscribed to your blog or they are in your friends list, they wouldn't be alerted that you posted a blog.
