Learn part by part first and focus, don't give up till the end.
Like, watch the first verse normally then watch the first verse slowly, then focus from the slow part. Once you get it, practice it with the normal video and so on and so forth.

And, make sure you have time. You can finish fast when you don't have anything else to do :)

Being slow is normal. If you rush, there may be a possibility that you may make mistakes. Take your time, that is the only key to succeeding. Trust me, I tried to rush the Gee chorus choreography within a night and it was exhausting okay. Well, I have some advice for you. . . first of all, be determined to finish learning it so that you are more focused on it. Keep repeating dance moves until you are sure you remember it and can do it well and there you have it!

I usually find tutorials on youtube. Not dance covers, but people who actually show you how to do it. There is one with Daniel (from Dalmation) on there. He does loads of tutorials for people in English ^_^
