So based on the link above i'm going ask you guys a question? There's been a lot of negative heat on Exo from haters because they won Music Bank, Music Core, and Inkigayo. I really don't understand why, but i think it's because Exo has only had 1 comeback since debut and they've already won 1st place awards. keep in mind that they've only had 1 comeback compared to the other rookies who have had at least 2, especially BAP, who have had like 5 and are coming back yet agin on the 28(?) of this month with 3 title songs. So my question is, Do you think Exo deserves 3 first place trophies for their 1st comeback?
So here's my answer to the question and please don't hate:
This really got me thinking but some of them gave a few legit arguments. so my answer is, Yes and No.
Yes, because i know Exo has been working really hard. I understand that during their haitus time, they've been performing at various concerts and award shows all over the world. They travel a lot and that means jet lag, fatigue, lack of sleep, crazy fan girls, ect. And on top of all that, there was the thing with Kris going back to Canada (by the way, can anyone explain that to me? i'm still not sure about what was going on), the leak of Wolf, the leaked dance practice, and the multipul attempts to leak the drama version of wolf (which i really really want to see), ect. they've been working really really hard and i awknowledge that. I understand and admire them for putting so much work and time in for us to bring us wonderful music and a lot of eye candy. I have an emence amount of respect towards them and i really do love them.
No, because part of me can't help but to feel that their gigantic fandom gave them theri triple crown on a silver plater. It's only been 2 weeks since they've started promoting Wolf on music shows. And how did they win 1st pleace if their song is #70 on the digital music charts? This is what i mean when i say that their fandom hands their win to them on a silver plater. Look, i know that we've all been waiting over a year for Exo's comeback, but i think that that blinds us to all of the other artists that have also come out. What about Vixx? Their song was actually very good. They've had 3(?) comebacks including Hyde, and all of the songs we're very good. What to come back around the same time as Exo, is that Exo get a lot of the attention. I'm not bashing exo because i really do love them. Anyone who has had a converstaion with me knows that Kai is my bias and that i am an exotic. I just wish that exotics would wait for a really outstanding song from Exo before they automatically give them the win.
What i'm really curious about is Bap's comeback. Almost every kpop lover out there knows that Exo and Bap are two of the biggest rookies of 2012. I'm pretty sure that Exo will still be promoting Wolf when Bap has their comeback. Oh, i can't wait for that fandom clash... Ok, so i know that my answer to the question was very contoversial, so i apoligize if my answer offended you in any way. As stated aove, i LOVE exo. i wouldn't be writing 3 fanfictions about them if i didn't. This is just personal opinion. Please leave you personal opinion in the comment section below.
