Maybe I’m crazy but the amount of times that Donghae looked at Hyoyeon leads me to believe that at that time they liked each other. 

First Hyoyeon walks in the direction of Donghae. I think they hug but we cant see well because there are too many people around. A few minutes later, Donghae looks toward Hyo. After a while he goes to her and give her the microphone.

Past few seconds look at her again. Looks like he pulls Sunny (who is next to Hyo) forward to stand beside the Hyo. XD

Again looks at her. Seconds before the video end we can still see both to look at each other.

Unfortunately I cant find fancam to see what happens next.
