Review: CNBlue's RE:Blue

CNBlue's new mini-album brought a bunch of craziness into their fandom. Of course I bought the album since I'm a huge Boyce but this album wasn't what I expected. They still have the same sound as they always do...but something just wasnt working out.

Cover - Personally this cover is better than the rest of them. Maybe It's because they ACTUALLY have a background to it. Unlike most of their albums of them behind a plain white background or some albums WITHOUT their faces on it.

Track 1 - I'm Sorry:

I dont know about this one...people praise them on this song and it really had no stick to it. The random English speaking girl in the first part of the song is slightly irrelevant concidering most of the people listening don't understand English that well but it's whatever...

Track  2 - Coffee shop:

This song actually is really catchy. Of course Yonghwa sounds perfect in it and it has a great chorus and pick up.

Track 3 - Myself More than You:

This song is a really sweet sounding song...Like one of those that you would listen to while falling asleep. Their voices are perfectly in tune. This is just that one different song in the album that makes the album more worth buying. And it's always good to hear another singer other than Yonghwa..

Track 4 - The Guy Like Me:

Ok well the begining just sounds like a JYP song. It's like awkwardly disco and reminds me of "Two Different Tears" for some reason. I'm not very crazy about this song mostly because CNBlue is a more live band and this song isn't live sounding..some of it sounds like it was put together in a studio which takes away from the old CNBlue

Track 5 - La La La:

This song could've been dropped in the song. I didn't like it. It doesn't stick. Period.

Track 6 - Where You Are:

Ok so this was the English version of this song. To be honest, I didn't know this song was in English until I noticed it wasn't in Korean at the chorus... Its a more rock song than the rest of these here. It has a great beat and the lyrics flow decently. Plus its always cool to hear your favorite group sing in English.

Worth the money? The Album is worth the money in the end. If you have a choice on what to buy in the album, "Myself More than you", "Coffee Shop", and "Where You Are" are great songs. Of course "I'm Sorry" was the main song in this album, but it wasn't the best in the album
