Over-rated authors?

Who is an over-rated author in your opinion? I don't mean as in they're not good and don't deserve their subscribers, but they get too many votes for a story that shouldn't be featured when there are better ones out there.

I don't want to mention any names. I think all the 'over-rated' authors deserve what they got. I mean, they did something to gain all those subbies right?
What bothers me is the underrated authors. Now that's just sad.

There are a few . . . some of the top authors. They are good writers, but there are way better writers. The people are popular, not amazing like others who have it the other way around.

Any story that is not an actual fanfiction. Why do people vote them up anyways? I never asked for upvotes in my graphics shop :/
