Egg diet!! And do some exercise too.. I also practice one meal diet and ate eggs for dinner..

It works though. But not for me. I ate a jumbo bag of Lays bbq and lost 8 pounds.

Don't eat AS MUCH
Make portions smaller
Don't eat as much carbs

What I did to help me was going to the gym but I had to stop due to various reasons, and that was really helpful.
What I do now is I always try to move. Even if I just tap my foot when I'm on the computer. Doing tricep/bicep curls with a 2L bottle in either hand is also really helpful.
The funniest way, though, would be jumping on the trampoline (if you have one, sadly, I don't anymore T_T) or learning the point dance for your favourite group (One Shot'll kill you).

exercise is the easiest and fastest way . It is kinda tiring though , but if you exercise more it would be easier
AVOID FAST FOOD .
Eat healthily . Honestly , try to do more sit ups rather than crunches also , sit ups are more useful than crunches .
go for jogs . go cycling , swimming , or rather , playing in the playground or the fitness corner of a playground helps too XD

Weight loss should be more of a lifestyle change than anything else :) think of it that way
