Ok I really want to be an official fan for TEENTOP or even SHINee or any group I don't care but to be a fan you have to pay and that really not even that to be an official fan you have to give in your social securtiy number and all this stuff I've never heard of!

Why is it so expensive/ hard to become a fan? Why can't it just be easier?! Or even in English would be good too! Why does the KPOP world have to be so cruel and annoying all at the same time! 

TEENTOP stop putting up videos of you guys telling us to join your fanclub when it's already hard enough without subs!

I WANT TO BE AN OFFICIAL FAN!

if I was a Kpop Idol I would make sure there was an international fanclub for everyone of all races and lanuages and make it easier for everyone! I wish I could do it like that!!
