A Big Let Down

It’s been awhile and might be awhile again since I’m moving soon, and a lot is happening.

I’m really upset with CNBlue… or rather, FNC entertainment. Or someone, I don’t know quite who is responsible. When I heard they were doing a world tour, I couldn’t begin to explain my happiness. I’ve been so busy, working so hard, and experiencing a lot of life changes all at once and I was feeling unbearable stress. But getting the chance to see CNBlue in concert LIVE was like a dream come true. Even got permission from my soon-to-be-husband to spend the money in travel expenses, the tickets, and for him to actually come with me (He hates all things Korean music… but he sings CNBlue without realizing sometimes ;)). Things were looking up, and I was checking religiously for updates about the USA stretch of the tour.

Months later, the list has come out, and guess what country isn’t on it? The only countries on the world tour list are all in Asia and then Australia. Europe didn’t even get one, but to be fair, CNBlue performed in London not so long ago. I’m sure France, South America (continent), and Canada would’ve liked some tour dates as well, but since I live in the US, I can only be upset over that. They even gave extra tour dates to Hong Kong and Australia, and I think one other place.

It wasn’t the boys’ fault, I know that. And maybe FNC just couldn’t book the venues they wanted, etc. There has to be some reason, but all I know is that I was looking forward to something that isn’t going to happen. Jungshin’s drama will probably start filming towards the end of the year, and they won’t be able to tour during the time.

What makes me even more upset is the fact that BAP, probably now my second favorite boys group, had, like, 4 tour dates in the US, and 2 of them I could’ve gone to. But no, I held out to go see CNBlue. Watching the fancams of BAP performing at these said concerts, I feel even more pissed about it.

SNSD is supposedly starting their world tour at the end of this month, and I’ll probably go and see them if they go somewhere other than LA (which is highly unlikely… because apparently, the US is only LA and New York). But then if some miracle happens, and CNBlue actually comes, I can’t go to both… and I want to see CNBlue more.

Whine whine whine. Whatever. Back to packing.

I’ll update “Open Your Eyes” when I can actually sit down and focus.
